I'm Zhou Leixishu, a master's student at the School of Management, University of Shanghai for Science and Technology. My research looks at logistics optimization and vehicle routing, especially where mixed fleets, charging, carbon, and changing demand meet.

This site is an illustrated research notebook. It makes one small paper easier to enter: a formal guide for readers who want the model and evidence, and shorter stories for people who want to understand the questions before the equations.

• Field notes follow the surprising results, trade-offs, and checks behind the paper.
• The route illustration is explanatory artwork, not a computed route or a real delivery map.

The numerical findings currently described here come from a Beijing simulation. They should be read with the conditions and comparison baselines shown alongside them.
